  • Plan a FREE cord blood education event or activity for your local community using our virtual conference and educational tools. IMPORTANT: Keep your promotions non-commercial, no raffles, no promo codes, etc.
  • Simply sign up by adding your event here. Once approved, you will be welcomed as a WCBD Community Champion and your event will be listed on the WCBD map.​
  • Join the fun and promote your event! Use hashtags #WCBD23 and #WorldCordBloodDay on social media.

  • ONLINE events and activities are welcome!
  • Host a coffee morning (or Zoom Coffee!) to share the cord blood fact sheet & raise awareness
  • Show the Official WCBD virtual conference at your local church, Rotary Club, Lion's Club or other Community Service Organization
  • Offer a tour (or virtual tour) of your cord blood lab to students or health professionals
  • Write an article or blog about World Cord Blood Day and why it's important
  • Write a letter to your government officials to encourage support for cord blood research, proper regulation, emphasis on both public and private banking 
  • Host a conference of your own at a public location and invite the public to attend (show the Official WCBD Virtual Conference and follow-up with presentations from your own experts) ​
